Food was really tasty and had a good variety. Staff was very helpful. Rooms and all other areas at the resort was nicely designed and organized.

Sea Sand Resort dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Kalpitiya. If you never been to Kalpitiya, it has a sense of being on the outskirts of civilization. Here you stay nestled among the houses of the locals and share the beach with its fishermen. Beside great kite- and windsurfing (and endless beaches of course), there is not a ton of things to do in Kalpitiya. Scuba diving is good, when there is visibility. Dolphin watching is also a possible activity, but quite an expensive one that last a couple of hours. You won’t find any city center with shops, bars and restaurants near, but you can of course visit other resorts and use their facilities. However you should know that you have a very good restaurant on site if you stay at the Sea Sand Resort! This establishment is made up of about 10 small bungalows with a restaurant. The bungalows are quite basic, but very clean and comfortable and represents good value for money. Within about 10 minutes or more on foot, you can reach surf schools and beaches. From my own experience I can promise that you will be very well taken care off if you chose to stay at Sea Sand Resort.

We had a great time at this guesthouse in Wilpattu - not far from the National Park. Great to meet Roshan and his team; they really try to fulfill all of your wishes and more. A very warm welcome and time with them. Food was excellent !! and such a big variety; thanks also for arranging our Safari with an experienced guide. You can see monkeys at the edge of the property, there are friendly dogs, ducks... cows around when you go for a walk. Mangoes growing on top of your bungalow...

El Kitelantis ofrece alojamiento frente a la laguna en Kalpitiya. El establecimiento cuenta con instalaciones para practicar deportes acuáticos y piscina al aire libre. The staff are the best! Specially the manager Jessie, so nice to talk to and helped us with everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also lovely. Location is amazing, if you want a very beach jungle vibe this is the place. The pool bar was probably my favourite. Oh and if you want to go to the beach you go by boat, just a couple of minutes. Almost no tourist around.

Windy Waves Beach Nature Resort & Kite School está en Kalpitiya, a pocos pasos de Playa de Kudawa, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, zona de playa privada y salón de uso... My room was amazing, all natural with private space. The outside bathroom was special The restaurant is located at the beach and serve a really good food for a razonable price. The beach is fantastic. I’m in love of this place

The Backwaters Lodge se encuentra en Wilpattu y dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis. Este alojamiento, que cuenta con recepción 24 horas, también ofrece barbacoa. El personal muy amable y atento, la comida rica y en gran cantidad. No pudimos hacer el safari debido a las crecidas del Río y en el hotel nos ofrecieron muchos otros planes. Como un tour en barco y la posibilidad de de bañarnos en varias zonas.

Sandy Edge tiene vistas al jardín y está en Kalpitiya. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar y jardín. En el chalet de montaña, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. El trato con Prasanna y su familia, las casitas independientes, el entorno y la alegria en general de haber estado ahi.

El Anawasal ofrece alojamiento frente a la laguna y clases de yoga en Kalpitiya. Se facilita aparcamiento privado gratuito. I can absolutely recommend this place. Shibi, Dinesh & the team make sure that you have everything you need, without being to pushy. I extended my stay, because I felt so relaxed and comfortable here. The food is great :)
