This charming riad is a perfect place for a stop at the Todra Gorge! Kudos to the staff and the food (dinner and an exceptionally nice breakfast buffet). Comfortable room and common areas (pool, bar, restaurant, interior courtyard).

We LOVED our stay at Kasbah Ait BenHadda, aka "the castle". The super friendly staff, the beautiful rooms, the nice hallways, the fresh swimming pool, the cozy restaurant: all perfect and well taken care of. It felt like a Marrocan fairytale! Would recommend 10/10 to stay here, to relax and enjoy the peace, quiet and have a nice swim!

Located high in the Atlas Mountains, Auberge Le Festival Todra Gorge is an eco-friendly hotel with a hot tub, children’s swimming pool and an organic garden. Warm and genuinely friendly welcome on arrival with exceptional hospitality provided from the very start. Unique, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, and dinner especially, were excellent with music, singing, and dancing as superb live entertainment in the evening. The location is incredible and we went on spectacular hikes through the gorge and then enjoyed the breathtaking view of the stars at night. The staff organised a taxi for us on departure with a friendly driver at a very reasonable price. We cannot thank the team enough for this experience and would recommend to anyone without hesitation. We initially planned to stay one night but added another and would have loved to have stayed longer. Cannot wait to stay again in the future!

Αυτός ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται στο παλιό χωριό Ait-Ben-Haddou, ένα αμμώδες φρούριο 30χλμ. από το Ouarzazate. Surreal location in the middle of the kasbah, with comfortable rooms, genuine feeling and a lovely terrace. Short walk to the highest point in the kasbah and the hill facing ait ben haddou (good for photos). Really good dinner. Worth staying here to explore the kasbah after the tourists on tours have left/before they arrive. Very friendly owner. Highy recommend!

Hôtel Riad Dar Daïf is located 5 km from the centre of Ouarzazate and has views on the Atlas Mountains and the lake. Its furnished patio overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. Staffs are helpful and hospitality. The Riad is sooo beautiful! We enjoyed our stay here so much. The owner even prepared a box of cookies before we left, which can tie us over during our 6-hour drive to Merzouga. Thx a lot! We hope to stay here again.

Accidentally we discovered a diamond in the middle of an oasis. This place is not just a accomodation facility. No it's way more than that. The heritage of Skoura is kept allive right here in this very home. And yes in less than 24 hours we stayed there it felt like a home. We spent hours around the fire telling stories. We immersed in the local history. We explored the whole area and learned all the details and secrets of the life in the oasis. Nadia and Ibrahim were the best hosts ever. Nadia will always be in our hearts and we promise that we will come again. The following poem is dedicated to these beautiful people. Να ναι οι φοινικιές τα μπαμπού, οι καλαμιές? Να ναι οι ελιές, τα θυμάρια ή οι χουρμαδιές? Να ναι τα Κάσμπα τους που τείχη έχουν χτισμένα από πηλό? Ή εκείνο το έρημο τζαμί με το λησμονημένο χρονικό? Είναι εκείνη η βραδιά που ξαπλωμένοι γύρω απ' την φωτιά λιαζόμασταν και ακούγαμε τζιτζίκια και πουλιά Είναι η Νάντια και ο Ιμπραήμ δύο Άραβες απ' τα παλιά που κυκλωμένοι από βερβερικές φυλές ζουν ακόμη παραδοσιακά... Στοιβάζουν τούβλα από πηλό τραβάν απ'το πηγάδι το νερό και τις νύχτες σαν έχει ξαστεριά με κείμενα αρχαία συντροφιά μοχθούν να σώσουν την κληρονομιά. Σαν βουτήξαμε και εδώ σ' αυτό το όνειρο το απατηλό Λίγο χρόνο να'χαμε το βίωμα να γίνει αληθινό...
