Service is first class, Mohammed for example, took care of my needs in the canteen. I wish the guy who runs this hotel can run the ministry of tourism in Morocco. In the long run it pays off. The beds were heavenly, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every single day – they even did the dishes for us, which is truly unheard of! From our room, we had a beautiful view of the busy street, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we barely heard a thing. And then, the cherry on top: my partner accidentally left her rings behind in the room, and before our flight had even departed, a staff member personally came to the airport to return them to us for free! That level of hospitality is simply unmatched. Wow, wow, wow – this hotel completely blew us away!

It's the small gestures that truly matter, and their attention to detail and commitment to customer service set them apart as the best. This was a perfect conclusion to our trip to Morocco, and the only downside was the brevity of our stay—far too short. I highly recommend this experience, and we will undoubtedly return…
