To Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay βρίσκεται σε Sauraha, σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tharu Cultural Museum. Προσφέρει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Perfect is not enough to describe my stay. If I ever come back to Chitwan, it will probably be because of this homestay. - Not only the host but his whole family is welcoming and helpful. We can't thank them enough. (1) The host always went out of his way to assist us even for the smallest things. (2) Local food is a bit salty for our taste, so we asked his mom to cook us dinner. It's easily the best meal we had in our whole trip in Nepal. Simple but hearty. (3) I got a headache due to the chill, so his father gave me his own pills, which made the headache vanish like it never existed. - Room is super clean with nice view from balcony, and just a short walk to the national park entrance and town. We literally saw a rhino walking by the front door one afternoon in the most laid-back manner ever. - Price is super cheap compared to what you get in return. - Breakfast is simple (just toast with egg, butter / jam and banana), but delicious. My partner cannot stop talking their amazing butter. - Communication was prompt and smooth. - I booked the tour here as well. The price is reasonable, and we got 2 wonderful knowledgeable guides.

If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure! The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.
