The hotel is in a great location. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the hotel stored our luggage for us. When we returned later, they had already placed our luggage in the room, which was very thoughtful.

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... The bedroom is roomy and bed is superb with fluffy pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and the price is very reasonable. Love the breakfast too! Will give it 10/10 for me. Thank you Tierra Viva for making my last two days in Peru very comfortable

Situated in the financial and residential district San Isidro in Lima, this hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers. It features modern accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and WiFi. I was kindley greeted by the staff even at the late hours that i reached at the hotel, i was escorted to the room and also received a small crash course of the facilities, the staff knew i had a tour at 4 am and they offered me a breackfast bag for me to take on my tour!!

The room was super spacious and the location was fantastic. The staff were all super helpful & welcoming, and bonus points for having the cutest cat around - Balthazar!
