Very close to the airport (5 min Grab or 20 min walk). Also the owner is very friendly. Air Condition was also working well and silent.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious with all the amenities you would need! We arrived quite late (11:30pm) after a full day of travelling to the Philippines, the accommodation is less than 10 minutes drive to the airport and 30 minutes to the the port. check in was super easy with a lovely lady behind the desk. The bed was so comfortable and the temperature was perfect and good air con! The hosts were very helpful with any queries and quick to respond on booking.com. The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Everything was spotless, like new, and full of thoughtful details. A perfect space for a couple and ideal for getting work done. The internet and desk worked flawlessly. They were also very attentive to anything we might need.
