Το ARAUCARIA RESIDENCE έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Gisenyi. The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on Lake Kivu, the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Sitting at the restaurant as the sun set on the lake was an incredible experience. We also did the boat tour they offered and it was a really nice way to spend the afternoon. Food was also delicious. Highly recommend!
