11 points to the staff. Truly amazing from the reception to the bar, restaurant ...cleaning staff. They are the real credit to the hotel. Outdoor space & view to the sea, calm & very quiet. (low season) Varied food at buffet. The fruit juices at breakfast were excellent. Thank you all for the wonderful stay, especially Mohd.Ali who arranged a funny birthday cake :-) good man Hamda who served us most of our 7 dinners, Ji Di Di who cleaned our room so well. There are many other staff members we cant remember their names. The evening live music in the lounge. That was our first holiday in Tunisia and we can confirm that we want to come back :-) See you all again !

This was a really attractive place with tasteful, modern decor. It was equipped with everything you could need and was close to multiple different restaurants, the medina and the beach. The staff were easily accessible, incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was so happy at Residence Neffati!

Our experience was simply fantastic. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating. Our room was new, welcoming, with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely sea view. The food was good overall, and the breakfast was outstanding … definitely one of the hotel’s highlights: rich, varied, and of excellent quality. The reception staff were incredibly professional and kind. A special mention goes to Rabeb, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
