Our flight was cancelled because of the floods. The staff were fantastic in their response and the professional way they dealt with such an unprecedented occurrence. They got a room ready early for my elderly mum who had spent the previous night on the airport floor. We cannot thank them enough.

The hotel is very nice, we liked everything during our stay there. My daughter really appreciated the gummy bears that they have at the reception area! I loved the window seating with curtains, as it allowed us to make a cute little personal sleeping space there for our 3yo daughter while not taking any space in the room, compared to a crib, which usually takes up the whole room. The facilities provided are exceptional: anything you could think of, including a hair straightener and twizers.

Immaculate service provided by the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. It was nice to return to the hotel’s courtyard every afternoon to relax and enjoy tea. We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the host – very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and more: air conditioning (which was a big plus), a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!! villa was lovely, clean and spacious, very accommodating for our baby, lidl, pharmacy and other shops over the road, beds were very comfortable, large pool and games area. València town centre is only 20min away by car.

    Location: close to airport, steps away from metro, one block from “kudos” bike store. Free wifi in the lobby. Comfortable bed, ok shower. Staff was very helpful and competent in arranging a taxi to the airport. Nice lobby with a bar.

    I liked the location, although outside the property there was a lot of dog poop and rubbish, obviously this is not the fault of the hotel. However you can get to at least 3 supermarkets which are practically next door and if you have time you can walk around to sample cafes, restaurants a park etc

    The hotel is located very close to the airport of Valencia, so it is ideal if you have to catch a flight early in the morning the next day. Our triple room (one double bed and a single) was as described and clean. Bathroom was very spacious and adapted for wheelchair users. Beds were ok, we didn't use the WiFi or TV. The price was pretty much unbeatable and our dog was allowed with no additional charge.
