Faisal was very helpful aand due to snowfall we were stuck in Kashmir but he made sure our stay was quiet comfortable and he did check on us each and every time. It is a very beautiful property and I would definitely recommend if someone is looking for it!

The owner of this property Mr Sadat is such a great help. Although I booked my room only a day prior to my visit, he somehow arranged rooms at his property for another 4 nights and also arranged all the tours and transfers for us on such short notice.

Bilal Sahab and his family are great hosts and wonderful people, they really made sure that I feel comfortable and welcome in their home. And I was happy in their cozy house, where I could find both peace and privacy, but also ask for help and advice on all things touristic of Kashmir. Location is great and very central, about 10 mins walk from the famous Zero Bridge, and I walked to Lal Chowk from there as well. A 24/7 Supermarket nearby. Room is very nice, with very clean and convenient bathroom, a common hall with a dining table provided additional space. I am very grateful for Bilal and his family's hospitality and tact, and hope to be back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made the experience special were Showkat and Nadeem. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, with their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail .
