Very beautiful place. The family is really welcoming and kind. They organised a boat ride and breakfast for me. Also the view from the balcony is directly on the backwaters where you can see kingfisher and other birds. Very beautiful. The room is very comfortable. Also the dog is super cute and was always ready for a cuddle. Definitely would stay again if i come back

You need some form of transportation to get around. Other than that the owners are super friendly, you can order food. The garden is super nice and the whole backwaters area is really pretty. I recommend checking out the bird sanctuary very early in the morning. He also offer to use the boat for 1000rupees/hr

I booked this stay for my parents, and they had a wonderful time and a truly refreshing experience. The host was very friendly and always ready to help, and the location is absolutely breathtaking with stunning sunrises and beautiful views from the room. The stay was clean, comfortable, and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food served was delicious and authentic, giving a real taste of the local cuisine. The people around were warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the experience. If you have any doubts about reaching the place, the host is very supportive and responsive. Frances and Jeeja and their lovely home are what made this stay so enjoyable. The house is spotless and modern. The breakfasts are amazing. I stayed a week just to have some relaxing time. Its quiet this far out of town but there are places to eat along the beach. My personal favourite was Catamaran, recommended by Frances. Great to see village life, watch the fishermen mending their nets, and the women praying each evening at the small shrine, for the safety of the men out at sea. Do the backwater tour by paddle boat, a great day out.
