Lush in Ella is a brand new venue and a true hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Yet it is very close to the center of the town. The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. The room, bathroom, and balcony are very clean, the Internet works well, The washroom is spacious.

Everything is brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom (with good water pressure and warm water), outside terrace. Breakfast was superb (and a lot!!). The host is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay a perfect experience. Location is great as well (10-15mins to Ella train station, close to the city center with many Restaurants and bars, nearby hikes to the Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adams Peak), just the final ascend to the accomodation is a bit steep (no problem though unless maybe you happen to have very much luggage).

We have rarely experienced such nice and helpful hosts. There is tea or coffee and even homemade snacks on the veranda. the accommodation is beautifully situated in the green, so you can enjoy the lovely morning meal with a beautiful view to the green. we liked it so much that we stayed here longer than planned. Tuktuk ride to the center of Ella takes between 5-10 minutes and costs 500lkr. sometimes the host took us there or picked us up. we felt completely taken care of. thank you and we will come back oneday.

Amazing view with comfortable stay.The host Shalika n her family are very familiar n friendly n helpful too. She made our stay very comfortable n home feeling.The view from property is mesmerising. Rooms is very big with all amenities. Very tasty food. Great place to spend time with family n friend. The view from the room is really so unique and refresh everyday , the breakfast is so delicious , perfect breakfast, we could use the kitchen of the hôtel to cook our food , so nice and healthy environnement. Mr Chaminda (owner of the hôtel) he is à great man and always available for everything , he is the most strong point of this hôtel, we will come back again, is highly recommanded and high quality of price , we liked everything.

Amazing stay at Eco Village. We had a perfect stay at Eco Village, on arrival the host made dinner for us and every day the breakfast was different and delicious! The experience to be in a wood house was absolutely not forgettable for us! The soundproofing between the two rooms is not very good and you can hear everything, which for us was not a problem as we were a group of four but for some people might be a bit uncomfortable. As the house is in the jungle we had guests like monkeys and other animals :) overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Phadmini is the best host you can wish for! She is a great cook and her children are always ready to help. Her son even went to Ella station at 5.45h to fetch the last tickets for the train to Kandy. He is also your peronal tuktuk driver for your transport around Ella. The room was very tidy and clean and the sunrise is magical. Big plus: Rainbow sky cottage is neighbours with the Tripadvisor high ranked Bees Honey Restaurant.

This homestay offered excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Surrounded by lush greenery, we enjoyed watching birds from our large balcony. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We grew fond of their dogs, Doly and Hailey, who warmly welcomed us and played with us throughout our stay. Additionally, the homestay is conveniently located near Ella Town.

Amazing view with a really nice and helpful host. The location is a bit outside of the city but there is a shortcut to reach it in 10 minutes through a tea plantation. The owner is so chill and kind , he made nice breakfast and helped in every question. Also the pets made my stay more chill.
