First of all, we liked the kindness with which the host greeted us, then the exemplary cleanliness of the apartment, where everything was new and beautiful. The space was not very big but enough for 3 people, with a double bed and another single bed, space for cooking, a nice bathroom with a shower and everything you need, but also a small terrace with a table and chairs, where you can serve coffee morning and breathe the fresh mountain air. We thank the hosts and we warmly recommend. ​***The house is on the side street that goes down from the main street, between Market Panorama and the car wash, just a few meters away. ***

Perfect location for our road-trip. Amazing staff, so kind and helpful. I left my jacket at the hotel room and they sent it over to Latvia. Anf they have a very good restaurant with long working hours, nice atmosphere and delicious food (large portions). We had an amazing stay, thank you very much!

We absolutely loved every single minute of our stay there, we initially booked a one night stay but we ended up staying there for two nights.This whole place is truly magical with a breathtaking view. Natasha and her husband are truly great hosts. We were treated with a fresh homemade juice made of home grown raspberries and some delicious meat. Beautiful place, very comfortable and clean. In the apartment you have everything you need, even a PlayStation 5. Excellent traditional breakfast with outstanding homemade blueberry juice. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

We stood there for only one night, but it was enough to see the magic. The tiny A frame is magical, practical, and fully equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable. They helped us with a minor problem with our car, and we ate exceptional home cooked dinner with products from their small farm. We even had a small nigh fire. Lovely people! Good money value! We will come back🥰

The location is excellent, and the place is incredibly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming — he even greeted me with homemade fruits and rakija, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The atmosphere feels like being at a countryside farmhouse with your grandmother, where you can truly relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle. From the window, there’s a beautiful view of a meadow with grazing horses.

Absolutely magical stay at Kota 1120! 🌲✨ This place is a hidden gem in the heart of nature, the house is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The place is very beautiful, with stunning views and magical sunsets. It is quiet and secluded, away from noise and crowds. At night, you can see a bright starry sky with no light pollution. The cottages are cozy, with private facilities inside. We slept very well — the bed was comfortable. Breakfasts are hearty and wonderful, and you can also arrange dinners — they are excellent. Great homemade food. The bread was very tasty — we found out that the host bakes it herself. The road may seem challenging for those who have never driven on mountain gravel roads. If we understood correctly, you can leave your car below, and the hosts will drive you up. We drove ourselves: the navigation was a bit confusing, but the host sent photos in advance, and there are signs along the way. From this place, you can go on hiking trails to viewpoints and to Biogradsko Lake. The host is very hospitable and attentive. The place is created with love and care for guests, and it’s somewhere we would love to return to. We highly recommend it and have already told our friends about it.

    We had wonderful time here. Kids enjoyed the garden and playing outside and we were thrilled with quietness and peace. Most delightful was making fire in a furnace, kids were so excided. Its pet friendly which is super rare nowdays. We would recommend staying here, hosts are lovely, easy to talk to, nature is amazing.

    I loved everything about the place. It was cute and cozy, the host was so nice even offered us cake that she made which was so so nice and delicious! It was clean and peaceful, a lot of animals were there (cats and dogs) and they were cute and friendly we loved them! Every request we had during our stay was fulfilled immediately. Would definately recommend to anyone!

    What a great location and cute house! We really loved it. The host built everything himself I think and it looks so lovely. The garden is also so cute we the two lovely dogs, chicken and cows. We were also warmly welcomed and first had some Raki. And last but not least we enjoyed the dinner there - delicious fish for a very good price.
