The staff was extremely friendly. We got an upgrade because all the standard rooms were booked. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk everywhere. We parked in the paid parking across from the hotel (24€ per day).

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Just a wonderful spor, very modernly designed, facility is awesome, there is restaurant as well, communal area was the best I have seen with additional quiet space for working. It is suitable for solo travelers, one-two night stays, or a week or two mountain retreat and work.

This recently renovated apartment is located 17 km from Meritxell sanctuary and 3.1 km from Golf Vall d'Ordino. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and organising tours for guests. Excellent location for ski holidays. Fantastic, well thought apparent with everything you need for family stay. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave lots of great advice on local area.

It was cozy, clean and wery beautifull, thanks❤️ 10/10

Great location in a beautiful charming village. Within walking distance to nearby tourist attractions, such as the Tibetan Bridge, if you enjoy hiking and do not have a car, otherwise it’s located near the stop in Canillo where busses takes you directly to these sites as well. The apartment was clean, in good condition and had good beds. The place looks true to the photos. Communication with the owners was easy and smooth. Very friendly service. Will absolutely return when I get the chance
