the hotel‘s situated in the center of Lugano. it takes literally a minute to reach the railway station if you take the funicular which is super close to the hotel. the bed in the room was very comfortable!

The owner , Katiusca , is the perfect host. The check-inn is easy and in system. View from room , bathroom , the furnitures , every thing is highclass. Katiusca booked a table in a nearby restaurant and my EV-car got kWH in the garage downunder.

Very comfortable stay. They were very helpful when I couldn't find the property. They sent videos before-hand on how to reach and other details. No hassles at all; very smooth check-in and check-out. Extremely gracious and patient. Location was great too.

I chose Garni Golf becoz of its high rate before I aeeive in Ascona. The moment when the owner showed me the apt I was still surprised by its well arrangement, cleaness and comfy. I asked for a sofa bed and kid cot and they are all well organized when I entered the room (I feel like they read my mind). The owner couple Giuseppe and Rita are very much helpful and patient. They solved our problem of parking, and offered lots of clean towels the next days for our personal use. We got the tallest floor apt and need to climb up the stairs,but what can you complain, when it offers a nice high lane view for you to enjoy the lago maggiore new year firework.

Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.

Wanda was a wonderful host! We arrived late and did not have time to shop for food, so she gave our kids some of her cereal bars :) The property is located in a residential area, across the street from a park. It is very calm. You will need to drive (or public transit) to Locarno, but is close to the centre of Ascona and there are groceries a short drive away and easy access to other routes. The apartment was very clean and everything looks new. Our family of five was very comfortable there. We recommend!
