The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. This stay was incredible and I would go back in a heartbeat. My husband is a little fussier than I am and he would not. The hot water was not reliable and no one spoke English. It was perfect for me. I didn't sleep well but i caught up at the next hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Vista Linda. We originally booked for only one night as we didn't know how we'd handle the lack of air conditioning but there is good ventilation in the cabana. We stayed for an extra night and would have stayed longer if our itinerary had allowed for it! Manuel is so kind and friendly, he was a great help in organising transport to Barú and the mangrove and plankton tours, or even just chatting and having a drink with us. Roxana is amazing, whipping up delicious food in the kitchen and keeping the place spotless. Food portions are huge and very prices for both food and drink are very reasonable. The cabana is in a good location, away from the busiest section of the beach, although be aware there are still some boats where you enter the water. We have no complaints whatsoever, everything is as described. If you are accepting of the basic facilities on offer on Barú in general you'll not have any troubles here. I doubt you'd get a better, more relaxing atmosphere for a similar price.

At the hotel, rooms have a balcony. The rooms at Hotel Las Islas have air conditioning and a desk. We stayed in one of the treehouses. What a unique experience! Above the jungle canopy, watching iguanas and bird right next to us. The sunset over the sea from the deck was gorgeous. We also loved riding bikes around the property. The room had internet and we were able to get work done. It also had air conditioning. At the resort, the food was yummy, staff polite, and spa relaxing. It was a delight

It seemed as though they had done some renovations recently, so the place looked really good. The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

A simple accommodation but everything that is needed in the hot climate: a fan over the bed, fresh water to rinse off after a dip in the ocean, a gorgeous view, and a lovely, caring staff that will make sure you have anything you want when you want it (shoutout to Wendy). A must-visit if you're near the coast!
