Beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Puerto Viejo, excellent location, walking distance from the main restaurants in downtown PV. Decoration, and room details superb. The bedding and pillows very comfortable as well. The breakfast delicious as well.

Smile Jungle Hostel está en Puerto Viejo, a 18 min a pie de Playa Cocles, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. El ambiente, la conexión con la jungla y la espectacular atención de Gonza, realmente se dedica a que estés a gusto y disfrutes al maximo.

Siquirres Mountain Lodge está en Siquirres y ofrece vistas a la montaña, piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y bar. El bed and breakfast ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. We had a lovely time at Siquirres Mountain Lodge. Inge and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property and grounds are beautiful. It’s a few miles out of Siquirres but easy to get to by car, and only 10 mins away from the starting point for our white water rafting trip (with Exploradores - which we would also highly recommend! 😄). There is a nice local restaurant less than 5 mins walk down the road, where we ate on both nights. We also took Inge’s horses out for a guided ride which was a lovely experience with beautiful views over the hills to Turialba. All in all a wonderful couple of days - and we would recommend very highly. Thank you! 😄

Cabinas Tortuguero Sports Fishing está en Tortuguero, a solo pocos pasos de Playa de Tortuguero, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y wifi gratis. One of the most impressive places I have ever been. Absolutely recommended!!!

Casa Luce se encuentra a 6 min a pie de Playa Negra y ofrece jardín y terraza, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. This place feels like "home away from home". Chiara and Ray are lovely hosts: we really enjoyed chatting with them and they were always very helpful. We rented the local bikes for the day and it was such a nice activity to explore the area. This was our favorite stay in Costa Rica and would recommend it to anyone passing by Puerto Viejo. It's located a bit further out from the center, next to Playa Negra, which for us was a plus. You can enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature there. It's totally safe and not so crowded like the center. The guesthouse is clean, very nicely furnished and looked after. Grazie Chiara and Ray for such a beautiful experience! We will always cherish it in our hearts xx

The Babylon Suite Tortuguero, que tiene vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con jardín y patio a unos 3 min a pie de Playa de Tortuguero. Uniquely splurge apartment for the area. Beautiful views and felt really safe positioned right next to the Police station!

Casa Chilamates 2.0, que cuenta con jardín, salón de uso común y terraza, ofrece alojamiento en Tortuguero con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. Ofrece balcón y barbacoa. Everything was perfect. Super helpful hosts, nice and clean property. No issues at all.

Cahuita Apartment by Angie se encuentra en Cahuita, a 5 min a pie de Playa Blanca y a 21 km de Jaguar Rescue Center, y ofrece alojamiento con equipamiento como wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana. I loved my stay!! Angie and her daughter Anielka were extremely responsive and attentive! Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

Cabañas Daneysha está en Tortuguero y tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. My bf and I loved the hosts, humble and attentive. The hostess is very communicative, Gloria makes your stay pleasant due to the tours and advices she offers, the tours were guided by her husband, Sergio who speaks English as well, has lots of knowledge and the fact that you were in a private tour and transported from the Cabins to the tour and viceversa. It’s very secure and lovely
