Property was exactly as the photos indicated. My Way Hotel was clean and it was located right across from the beach. Staff at property were very welcoming and eager to accommodate. This hotel in Las Galeras, owned by David, is undoubtedly one of the finest I've had the pleasure of visiting. Its unique charm offers a cozy and intimate ambiance that is hard to find elsewhere. David himself is incredibly welcoming and personable, making our stay even more memorable. I've already made promises to return with friends to share the experience. The private beach, stunning terrace, and breathtaking infinity pool are just a few highlights that make this place truly special. A heartfelt thank you to David for creating such a soulful retreat.

Το El Pelicano Apart-Hotel είναι σε Las Galeras και απέχει 1,4 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Las Galeras. Super spacious place, with trees around and a nice swimming pool. Communication upon arrival was excellent, it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip.

Fata Morgana is a haven of peace. Everything about the gardens, the communal kitchen and my room showed pride of ownership. Edit met me with a smile. She answered my many questions with great patience. If you get a chance go hiking with her. She is a certified tour guide and you couldn't be in more capable hands. I spent three weeks at Fata Morgana. I felt I was part of an extended family. Edit has a heart of gold and rescues animals who need a loving home. The dogs and two donkeys are testimonial to how caring Edit is. There are many beaches close by; all of them lined by palm trees. Gorgeous turquoise ocean too. The scenario looks straight out of a travel brochure. If you don't care to walk you can flag down one of the many "conchos" (motorcycle taxis) who will whisk you for CAD$3 either into town or to the beach. My two favourite beaches where Playa Bonita and Playa Popi Punta (lovely drift wood at the point). Lots of grocery stores in town where you can get everything your heart desires. Make sure you visit the gelato place with its many tropical flavours. A really yummy treat. If you are thinking about booking this place don't hesitate. You will be rewarded by a clean room, comfy bed, hammock swinging at your front porch. There was also a perfect space in the common sitting area to unroll my yoga mat. During my daily practice I noticed many tropical birds and butterflies. Fata Morgana is a magical place. I hope I will be back there real soon.

It is an amazing hotel, staff is very friendly, the yoga class in the morning is excellent, the massage also, the bar at the pool is also super, the garden and the location is very good. Breakfast is outstanding.

The property was very well-equipped. In the day of cheap furniture and amenities, Kaia took great detail to provide items of high-quality and appealing aesthetics. The staff was unbelievable responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to meet any request we had.

Our stay at this villa just outside Las Terrenas was truly special. The house sits high on a mountain overlooking the town and the sea, a peaceful spot, yet only a short drive from the center. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and were ready to help with anything we needed, from local tips to directions. Their friendliness really made us feel at home. The view is absolutely breathtaking the photos don’t do it justice. Whether during the day with the ocean in the distance or at night with the city lights below, it’s spectacular. The villa has plenty of space to relax. The rooms are simple but have everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot shower, and airconditioning. At night you’ll hear the full soundtrack of the tropics frogs, crickets, and other wildlife which adds to the experience. The hosts live on the property and have a few friendly animals, which gives it a genuine BnB atmosphere rather than a standard rental feel. Breakfast was one of the highlights: fresh fruit, pancakes, homemade bread, juice, coffee or tea, and eggs cooked to your liking by the host. A perfect way to start the day while enjoying the view. Overall, this was a peaceful and memorable stay, ideal for travelers who want to unwind, enjoy nature, and still be close enough to explore Las Terrenas. Highly recommended!
