One of a kind, beautifully unique and truly unforgettable. The boutique hotel is set in the middle of a vineyard, a sight to behold the moment you enter the property. The views are breathtaking. From the terrace, you can have a picturesque sunrise or sunset. From your room, you can see a magnificent vineyard framed by the silhoutte of gradient-colored mountains. Words are not enough to describe, it literally looks like a “live painting”. What makes the experience even more memorable is the staff. At the front is Marika, whose careful attention to our needs we greatly appreciated. We were celebrating a birthday, and she went the extra mile to arrange the cake! She is very kind, warm and friendly-yet attentive and professional at the same time. She also did our wine tasting and tour, where we learned so much about their own top-of-the-line wine processing facility. There is also Tamari who welcomed us like family, and Nina who always made us smile! Breakfast is hearty-simple yet delicious and filling. They also have a shared huge kitchen with high-quality appliances, available if you want to prepare your own meals. Food delivery can be arranged if required as well. The room had complete amenities, the interiors were beautiful, and the tasting session was incredible! There are too many wonderful things to mention, I can’t put it all into words…so just go experience it yourself!

A North Homestay dispone de alojamiento en Omalo. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. En el hostal o pensión, cada habitación incluye armario. This place is very likely to be the best place you will find in all of Omalo. We planned to stay 1 night and extended to 3 (would’ve been 4 but it was fully booked). One night in another homestay made it clear that Levan and the family have a spectacular setup. Their home has everything you need (clean, comfy rooms, hot water, all the standard things in order), but something else is special. Extravagant breakfast (even pancakes!) and dinners cooked by the mother and sister, and served on the porch every morning with the ever-stunning views of the mountains. Most evenings Levan starts a bonfire and guests gather for a cozy night under the starry sky! Here Levan is subjected to all types of questions, and has as a result become known as the Google of Tusheti. Do ask him to tell how he met and befriended a local mountain bear! 🐻 We were, unfortunately, not there long enough to meet it!
