The stay was really great at Pension Ptolemeos. Arriving there and being met by this amazingly friendly receptionista was a good welcome and the room was big, clean, and very nice with a view of the pool. The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. The hotel has a hot tub and free shuttle service. Property was beautiful. Situated right in the middle of Fira. Close to all restaurants and shops. Private patio was amazing. Staff was exceptional. Will stay again.

This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Greece! The location is exceptional! Right near the castle of Oia for sunset watching, but you have your own private balcony to enjoy the magnificent caldera view and sunrise from. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved arriving to snacks and wine in the fridge, as we were able to enjoy the balcony and had no reason to leave.

A beautiful, contemporary yet traditional Greek style lodging; spacious, many amenities, phenomenal breakfast, and best of all the manager Christina was exceptional.

Perfect location on the quieter side of Imerovigli. Walking distance over to the caldera to watch the sunset. Staff were lovely and so helpful (thank you Xenia). Comfortable beds and our own little spa attached to the apartment. Could not have asked for more.

It is a very clean and welcoming property and one which we will now return to with our families!

Staff also arranged an airport transfer on short notice which was greatly appreciated.
