The staff were very friendly and checkin was quick and easy. They were able to arrange for me to join a group sunrise hike of Rostra Maya. The dormitory room was comfortable and had small lockers as well as a shelving unit. There was a small kitchen and clean shared toilet and shower area. I would definitely recommend staying here and will come back next time I am San Juan.

The connection with nature, the details, THE VIEW! You won’t find anything like the peace you find in this place! We should have kept it for a honeymoon! …forgot the food and the drinks and the staff, everything is perfect.

A stunning walk to Santa Cruz town. The paddle boards were a treat. We loved everything about our stay.

The staff are great, the rooms are fantastic and the food at the restaurant is 10/10. In my opinion, great value for money considering you are staying at one of the best hotels on the lake. Lots of intricate touches and love the history of the grounds. There’s also amazing wildlife onsite! Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again.

It has amazing lake views, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the location was ideal (very easy to get around on a Tuk Tuk). We stayed here as a family of 4 and it was great! Definitely recommend for your next stay!
