Great stay at one of the best hotels we've experienced on our travels. Extremely clean. Excellent pick-up service from the airport, welcoming drink, and Cambodian scarf gift. Beautiful traditional decor in spacious, comfortable room. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, nice pool for relaxation. Helpful reception booked our tours efficiently. Quiet location just 5 minutes from the city center. Staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional made us feel at home. Will definitely return. Best value for money in Siem Reap. Highly recommended.

The experience staying in this hotel is one of the nicest ones I've travel in asia for the price. The room was clean and comfortable while the room service was quick and the house keeping team was very polite. The receptionist team were very informative about the tours I've booked with them and it was very fun - recommend doing the small tour in the morning around 10AM. Location of the hotel is nice easy to get around to most places in 10-15min, shops, restuarants and pubstreet..etc.

From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The room was big especially the toilet is clean just a bit small. WifI was i bit slow. the staff were polite and helpfull.

Rooms were spacious, with stated amenities included. A refill station for drinking water is also available. Breakfast available with set meal options or breads/fruits; can be pre-packed if you go on sunrise tour. Staff were extremely helpful and always gave prompt responses. They were always on the ball and went out of their way for their service. We booked all our tours/airport transfers with the reception and were satisfied with the good service with their drivers as well. We could spontaneously arrange for massages/food in the room over WhatsApp, which was really nice and convenient, especially after a tiring day out. The staff kept detailed itemised receipts for all the services charged, so we could request services spontaneously with the peace of mind that we can track and account for all the amounts before payment. I would like to thank the staff who took care of us - Hak, Phy, Panha, Thara - thank you for your effort and attention. You guys really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. Nice Pool, Fantastic views of pool, enormous bed, the room was clean. The location is away from main City, but still within walking distance. Taxis were easy enough to get there and it is cheaper.

This place worth 10000 stars. Eric is a nice and friendly host. I love every detail of the property, from the mini bar, the pool and the room. I stayed in Pluto Room, it has a nice pool view. My 4-night stay was super comfy and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban. We loved: the look of the room, coming home to a pool, free desserts poolside,free rides into town in the evening, & the staff. Special mention to Chhiv, NIch, Mr Chea, Soksan & Kimlat. So helpful and sweet.

The Owner an the Girls who are working her are so friendly.. the helped me with everything, making callphones, arrange tuktuk and serving the food and drinks.. They have very tastfull Cambodian food as well as many Western food, Very nice coconut and bananashakes in the bar.. They make everything sing around the place... What a wonderfull spirit and atmosphere here... It is very nice that this hotel is run by Cambodian people, because i lost my hart for the people here.. You will also meet people who liked to run away from the noisy pubstreet.. The name of the hotel is well chosed, because it is a real calm oasis... The rooms are beautifull, with nice beds, soft pillows , provider by soap and coffeemaker... Nice setting on the Pool and bar Peacefull with a very good decoration What else can whe wish ? The best hotel I have been in South-East-Asië... If you come to Siem Reap.. This is the place to be. . Highly recommended... 5 star-treatment for a nice rated price.
