The limitless food and drink options, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, extensive pool and beach spaces, and overall beauty. Evening entertainment was solid if not spectacular--but I love that they had evening entertainment. Experiencing "The Table" restaurant (at an extra price) was amazing--a truly unique and memorably good experience.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

We loved our time staying here! The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They were easy to contact and provided excellent recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the area. The breakfasts were SO delicious, and there was always great coffee. We really felt at home here.

The appartment is very modern and clean, and the private pool is the best. Also jacuzzi in the tower is great. There is a lot of trees and other greenery so there is a lot of shadow as well. We arrived very late at night and there was night stuff that let us in.

The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail, creating an ambiance that was both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in the preferred section of the resort and loved the added touches, including a hot tub on the balcony—such a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

Great place for those seeking a quiet refuge in a tropical paradise.
