The place was cozy and perfectly sized for a family of size 6-7. The place was clean, well maintained and well within the reach of a grocery store, tyre inflation services and even a small supermarket nearby. You can simply walk up 50 meters to start experiencing the world of Sand right in front of you and climb as much as your feet and lungs will support. Kids loved the swimming pool. We expected the pool water to be very cold in the morning considering the outside temperature. But to our surprize it was at a very much comfortable temperature to take a dip in. The facility of a projector and a projection screen up on the terrace was very convenient to experience an open air movie through the laptop. Rooms were comfortably big, clean and well equipped with all things necessary to spend the time. There is a kitchen outside which is convenient to cook during the evening. Even the barbeque setup is well equipped and a washing machine as well. In the living room there is a microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. So it felt almost like being at home. And not to forget the staff which makes this place to comfortable for the guests. Hats off to their zeal to help us out.

Το Authentic Desert Camp - Al Wasil είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στον κήπο που βρίσκεται σε Al Wāşil. Προσφέρει εστιατόριο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. This place is outstanding! I loved everything about the camp: the place, the people, the delicious dinner and the camel ride. So cool! I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of the tent, but in the end it was cozy, clean, and so quiet. The owners of the camp are the best!

Wonderful secluded desert camp where you can watch the sunset, sunrise, moon and milky way in peace. I saw my first ever sitting star here! The location is well away from other camps and it is very discreet. (On the drive in, you will see other camps very close to the road, don't book those) Dinner and breakfast were delicious and our fussy children found the food excellent. We took the additional options of a 4WD transfer in and a sunset camel ride. We count ourselves lucky to have the camp to ourselves for the night, as we booked a Monday evening. The camp manager is very attentive.

To Desert Diamond Private Camp είναι σε Badīyah, σε Al Sharqiyah, και διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. The camp is absolutely wonderful, clean, and comfortable in every way. The management and staff are extremely courteous and professional in their dealings with guests.

Το Nomad inn Tiwi, στον προορισμό Ḩillat al Ḩişn, διαθέτει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων με εξωτερική πισίνα και βεράντα. The stay at Normad Inn was absolutely amazing. Farhan was extremely communicative via WhatsApp even before our arrival and welcomed us warmly and thoughtfully. They assisted with our luggage, and the check-in process was seamless. The cozy space was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. They offered a home-cooked Indian dinner for 6 OMR per person, and the food was incredibly delicious. Breakfast was also great, though not an Omani breakfast, it was still very tasty. Farhan and the staff truly made our one-night stay special. The location, surrounded by nature, is beautiful, and Farhan provided excellent recommendations for hidden gem spots. Thank you, Farhan, for the outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended.

To Desert waves camp είναι σε Badīyah, σε Al Sharqiyah, και διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Το αεροδρόμιο Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Μουσκάτ είναι 199 χλμ μακριά από το κατάλυμα. Everything was just perfect, the activities, the tent, the staff and all of Saoud, Salim and Abd el aziz. They are the best and the best location as well as the best tents in the desert with old Omani style! If you're in doubt go for it!

To Arab Desert Camp βρίσκεται σε Al Raka, σε Al Sharqiyah, και παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi. Το αεροδρόμιο Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο Μουσκάτ είναι 207 χλμ μακριά. The bed was comfortable. The tent had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean, though of course you will see some sand blown away as the bathroom is open-air but this was not an issue. Water pressure was good, hot water available and the water quality was clean. The camp is in a secluded area. There were noise due to the National holiday but it is normally quiet. Food was excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly, specially our friend from Yemen. I didn't catch his name but he was great and made our stay memorable. Thank you so much Camp Alsaif!
