The cabin is very stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Comfortable bed with nice duvets and a stylish bathroom. The front porch has comfortable and stylish outdoor furniture and is great for sitting outside and gazing at the view. There is also an elegant sitting area with comfortable furniture. The spot is very peaceful and secluded.

Hotel managers Ute and Ingo are super friendly and offered all kind of assistance whenever we needed (particularly when we do not understand Spanish when in trouble). Breakfast were tailored according to our nutritional needs and freshly made and we enjoyed it very much every morning. The whole stay offered super value and we highly recommend it. The playa Las Lajas is only 10 minutes drive away and you can have all the tranquility and peace the beautiful endless beach offers.

The views are stunning, and the property is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s ideal for a peaceful morning walk, with the town just a short distance away for a lovely dinner. The town itself is charming, and the food is fantastic. Returning at night is easy since taxis know the location well, and a taxi ride costs a standard $6. Casa Ejecutiva has a lovely atmosphere with beautifully designed rooms. Our apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen, a private bathroom, hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Waking up with the amazing view of the town of Boquete and the surrounding mountains was a wonderful way to start each day. The host, Melany, was fantastic—friendly, always helpful, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't thank her enough for being such an amazing host! We’ll definitely be coming back for another great stay!

We had a spacious and nice decorated bungalow. The best was the very good working moskito nets so that you can sleep with fresh air without bugs. Staff was very nice. The Inn at Palo Alto is a quaint property located over Palo Alto River, 3 km from the city centre. It offers a free daily breakfast buffet and free WiFi. Marcelo was so helpful during our stay and is an all around great guy! The Palo Alto is extremely lucky to have him. The hotel has impeccably beautiful gardens and is quite serene with the sound of birds. Our room had an amazing view of Volcan Baru and we enjoyed watching as the light and weather changed up at the top. The outdoor bar provides a full lovely breakfast with friendly service and views of the river. In the evening the bar is quite romantic with a fireplace to keep you warm. We enjoyed having a drink at sunset (with Marcelo bartending) and then relaxing in the hot tub after a half day of hiking. The hotel far exceeded our expectations!

Eibar, the owner and manager was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Given my late arrival time and long drive from Panama city, he was also very accommodating by allowing me to fill in the registration information form and payment the next day. He quickly helped me with my luggage and took me to my cabin upon arrival and gave me a brief explanation regarding the numerous amenities found in the cabin and how the microwave, gas stove ( with oven :) and air-conditioning worked. He then provided me with a key fob that had the keys to the front and back doors as well as a button on it to open and close the entrance gate. Prior to my arrival, he had already noticed that I was staying for an additional 2 months and allocated me a beautiful, and very spacious cabin overlooking the nearby Baru Volcano. The Cabin was fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer compartment, micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, and TV with ROKU streaming for Netflix, Apple TV and Spotify. Having a large overhead fan in the Kitchen/Living room, plus an overhead fan and air-conditioning in the very large bedroom with 2 double beds, wardrobe and bed side table. The outdoor patio, with look-out bench and scenic views of the Volcano and lush green forests surrounding it, BBQ and clothesline are an added bonus. There is a good size parking space right beside your cabin and if you don't have a car, there is a bus stop on the Highway to Boquete less than 300 m away where you can catch a local bus to Boquete that runs approximately every 45 minutes and costs about 75 cents. Apart from the excellent value for your money, the hospitality and generosity of your Hosts- Eibar and Lousa is exceptional. If you need anything just ask, including where and what to Do, See and personal recommendations on specific grocery stores, restaurants and cafes to visit.
