We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

We never caught the names of all the staff except luis who walls and incredibly helpful. It seems unfair to pick out luis because all of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lima. I would like to say that I would love to return but it’s so far away from my home in the UK. The host was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. A great location in the Historic District just on the edge of Plaza Mayor.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!
