Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant... Everything was great - especially the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Pool area was fantastic.

They’ve exceeded our expectations of the 5 star service. - Loved the Turndown service Filipino dessert - Breakfast variety every day is superb, my partner ate all the filipino food this hotel has to offer. - The Property was well maintained, though when we arrived our room felt a little bit humide, the bed seems a little bit wet, but overall the room is spacious, the ocean view from our room is fantastic. - Location is quiet and far away from the busy Alona Beach, - Koi Fish Feeding is amazing.

Plato de Ciudad is one of the finest and most enchanting hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. This hotel is newly built, featuring beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean rooms, all equipped to the highest of standards. A spacious, comfortable bed with a wonderful mattress and perfectly crisp, spotless linens — a place where sleeping felt unbelievably blissful, and where simply lying down to read, relax, or watch TV was an absolute delight. The Smart TV comes with built-in Netflix and YouTube, letting you enjoy any films or shows you like, as well as all the news programs that interest you. The room is equipped with a superb, modern air conditioner that operates so quietly you’ll never be disturbed by it, no matter the time of day. The bathroom features a wonderful, well-appointed shower with an excellent and stylish installation. But above all, I must mention the hotel’s staff — starting with its owner, a well-educated, gracious, and genuinely kind person, always ready to offer any assistance you may need throughout your stay in Caticlan. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally professional, highly trained, and speaks excellent English, always ready to assist you with absolutely anything at any moment. I would also like to highlight one more important detail. The hotel has a restaurant that serves the most exquisite, delightful, and truly gourmet dishes — a level of cuisine I have never encountered anywhere else in the Philippines. The food is extraordinarily delicious, and, to be honest, I can hardly recall ever dining so wonderfully anywhere else. This hotel is truly a hidden gem near Boracay Island. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the airport while enjoying wonderful and comfortable accommodations. Exceptional and extremely kind host. The reviews are true, Justin is an amazing host. He was very accommodating with requests and made our stay hassle-free and fun. We were lucky that we were the only guests that was checked in that weekend. Free airport pick up and drop off. We arrived at 8 pm and pick up was a breeze. He shuttled us back and forth at Alona Beach so we could have dinner. We didn’t have any booked activities and when I told him about it, he helped set up a private tour for us. Included breakfast was good enough for us. The property staff were wonderful, they keep the property well-maintained and clean. Property is close to the airport and Alona beach (Around 10-15 mins away). Nearby convenience store, food stalls. Rooms are cozy, good for couples or solo travelers. Smart TV in room, strong wifi signal, adequate lighting in room. Comfy bed, clean white sheets, thick blankets and fluffy pillows. AC cools room quickly. Bathroom is on the smaller side (Not much space in front of you if you’re on the toilet bowl) but was not really an issue for us. Justin was transparent about water supply(something about source of water, used to be fresh water from mainland but it was changed so we might notice the water quality, but tbh, didn’t notice it). Shower heater heats up water quickly. There was a body wash and shampoo in bathroom. Towels are provided, clean and thickness were good. Justin made sure our stay was relaxing and fun. He drove us back and forth the nearest beach (Libaong) when I told him I just wanted a quick dip in the water and quick meal; it took us about 5 minutes from his property. He suggested that we walk along the beach to get to Dumaluan beach which was a nice and relaxing walk and once we got to Dumaluan, there were more food options since there were a couple of beach resorts there. Since the place was not fully booked, he let us check out late since our flight was in the evening. I highly recommend Justin’s property!

This place was made for travelers, by travelers. You can tell from the little details the thought that went through creating Jungle Kingdomes (powerbank in case of a brownout so you can still use the fan at night? definitely from experience). The general design and interior of the place is something I don't even have to mention, you can see from the photos themselves. There are ports built into the bed frame, on both sides, for all types of plugs. The mattress? YOU WON'T WAKE THE PERSON SLEEPING NEXT TO YOU even if you wake up to use the bathroom at night because it's like a memory foam topper and it doesn't shift and bounce. Again, details. Craig and Charlene are both professional and welcoming from the get go, from helping us book scooters to rent during our stay in Siquijor and giving all of the good food suggestions. I wish we had booked all 3 of our nights in Siquijor here (we already had a booking for the final night, and then booked the first two days here afterwards). They even invited us to their Christmas potluck as a fellow New Yorker 🥲 which is so kind and thoughtful. Wishing you all the best, and I'm so glad I was able to experience Jungle Kingdomes!
