Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Asunción

The beds are very comfortable and spacious. The location near the centre of Asuncion is excellent. Lorenzo is a superb host, always available and very considerate. A towel was provided for free, which was a nice touch. In terms of overall value, it’s excellent.

The Host Diana went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The dogs take a bit to get used to but they are really sweet, The private room I booked had a Chromecast which made watching videos and steaming easier. The room also had a brand new AC unit that also provided warm air during the colder week. I also appreciated that Diana would buy items for the house to make it better. Volunteers that cleaned and other tasks from World packers were really friendly.

We loved this hotel! It is way nicer than the pictures led us to believe. It is one of the historical registered buildings in the city (an old palace!). Our room was huge with a large balcony and views almost to the river. The shower worked well, and the front desk staff was so kind. There is a garage with limited parking, so contact them in advance if you need that. The location is great, less than a 10 minute walk to the main plaza.

The hotel has some significant history located in the old town where everything is near by walking. Hotel is clean and safe. However room standard is on low side with outdated furniture and equipment. For traveler looking for place where to get a sleep and be in the downtown is okayish if basic standard is enough. Not for couples or business guest looking for fancy, or modern place. Hot water was okay also WiFi.

Very friendly hosts, who gave us tips regarding arrival and departure, as well as restaurants, ATMs, security, etc. (very responsive on WhatsApp). Located in the historic center, close to Plaza Uruguay and a large supermarket. Comfortable beds!

Everything was perfect, from the communications before arriving, to the hospitality during my stay and the checkout. An amiable family, two cute little dogs, a beautiful house, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed. I especially liked the decoration. You even have an extra room with fridge and micro and table to work/ breakfast (super fast and stable internet). The neighborhood is well located, safe, and has everything you need, the bus stop is within walking distance (5 min) with buses that bring you to the city center within 20 min.
