Tranquil and beautiful place in Lin. The garden and interior were so beautiful, amazing indoor plants and natural wood furnishings made the environment so relaxing. Amazing terrace with lake views. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast onsite. Hosts were extremely accommodating and kind. Lovely walks around the headland with sweeping views over the lake. I wish we stayed longer.

Beautiful views in a beautiful house at the lake. The room was great with an attached bathroom. Our room had a Lakeside view and a balcony where you could look out over the lake. Definitely have a seat in the garden and look at the great view.

Rosa was a treasure and she can cook the local trout to absolute perfection. We loved our stay in her comfortable B&B, swimming in the lake and relaxing on the terrace. We loved the trout so much we stayed for lunch and had it again!

This place was just so cute with all the plants in the garden! Everything is new, the owners are still doing two more rooms I think. The location is perfect if you want a laid back quiet place. It was perfect because I hadn't sleep alot since I arrived in Albania. This little town was a perfect place for me to rest and recharge for the next part of my Albanian adventure. Lisa the host/owner is a jem and such a sweetheart! She gave me some prunes for snack on the road and wanted to give me pancakes to go on my last morning! Ta bëj të mirë, shumë faleminderit Lisa💜 I definitely recommend 110%

This was a great 3 nights for us. The unit is immaculate, very well stocked, and enjoys a great view. The hosts are the real treasures of this small guest house. They are warm, friendly and go out of their way to assist and accommodate. They make you feel like family. We also enjoyed the home cooked suppers and breakfasts. The town of Lin is also a peaceful, unique location. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will happily return..

Absolutely beautiful place. The guest house is clean, the village peaceful and the location with the stunning garden right by the lake a wonderful place to relax. The owner and the cook are super nice people. We had dinner and breakfast, both were very good. The cook was flexible to make us a vegetarian dish as well.

Simple, super clean accommodation, with very kind and helpful hosts, good food ( also on demand for dinner,good food and fair prices). Super location on the lake side, there is a platform on the lake where you can chill and take the meals.

A truly wonderful place to stay in beautiful Lin! Daniella, the host, was very hospitable and made sure me and my friend were comfortable. The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the frogs. Breakfast and dinner were delicious too. We couldn't wish for a better place to stay!

This guest house was absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful. The people working in the guest house were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free parking is just round the corner. The dinner in the villa was amazing and so reasonable priced. We also made the most of the free breakfast and used the kayaks on the lake. All in all it was just the best stay. If I ever return to Albania I will be heading straight to Lin and straight to Vila 43!

Rosa's place was exactly what we thought it would be. A personal reflection of herself. She is the most lovely guestgiver who has opened up her home in order to share this beautiful location with others. We were very warmly welcomed and felt immediately right at home here. There are many small quirks here but somehow they make the place all the more charming. We were lucky enough to have the room on top with private balcony which was so nice we didn't want to leave it. Be sure to stay for dinner - Rosa can cook as well!

This is THE place to stay in Lin. Everything was perfect: the room, the garden, the view. The room was very clean, luminuos and spacious enough. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. I also had dinner one night and it was amazing. I ate fresh fish caught by the manager of the place himself. The whole family was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there. It's a good place for contemplation.

Very nice accomodation! It was easy to find it and its location is very good. Room was very nice, well-equipped and definitely quiet and comfortable. We got tasty breakfast and host was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to book this!

Wonderful location with great views on the lake. Quiet area, comfortable bed. Some short hiking trails nearby. Very nice quality of the building, garden and decorations, especially compared to some of the other Albanian properties we had stayed at, I would say the best in that aspect. We were welcomed by a lovely lady and were offered some cake, fruit and drinks which was also great. The village is quiet with a traditional way of living, we found one restaurant which was open (february), nicely situated by the water.

Lovely family guestlist with exceptional location and food. The hosts were very accommodating to our dietary requirements and made a lovely vegetarian homemade feast for us. Beautiful lakeside views make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
