we loved having the garden and the access to the lake for us and the dog (shared with the owner, and tenants of the other aibnb, but plenty of space for all to have your own space and intimacy!). The house is small but really enough for 2. No kitchen but does have plates, cutlery and a fridge. We ordered pizza and made salad.

No hassle booking. The host was very friendly, english speaking perfectly. The apartment is modern and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view is beautiful and overlooking the nearby lake. It was a 10 minute walk to the lake and all amenities. Complimentary coffee & tea, plus mini bar. Would definitely recommend it

The apartment was in a quiet location yet had everything (grocery store, restaurants, parks etc..) nearby. It has nice views. The host is super friendly. We went there for Skiing and everything went very well.

Very nice, clean, good location. Friendly staff. We were not able to come on the first day of reservation and we did’t need to pay (although it was non-refundable oprion).

Everything was so perfect. The breakfast was very good and plentifully. Very frendley owners and great communications. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the location is perfect if you go skiing. I would recommend this pension.

Gästehaus has a great location, few minutes by foot from the lake and few minutes from the town center. We had breakfast and dinner, there was plenty to choose from and it was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend! :-)

This was a wonderful relaxing location. The view was spectacular and my granddaughters loved the outdoor play area with the playhouse and the toys that were in the sunroom. It was wonderful to sit on the private patio in the afternoon. The beds were very comfortable and we were thrilled with the amount of space in the 3 bedroom. The hostess was very gracious and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable.

The host communicated with us very openly and respond to us promptly. We could also check in quite late in the night which was convenient for us. The apartment is quite big and in a nice quite location. We could stay one night extra for free :-) The apartment is a bit old, but it is clean. Overall good accommodation with some drawbacks like in most places.

Plenty of room at property and comfortable beds. Good shower upstairs. Plenty of table wear (glasses, plates, etc.) Great views and peaceful location. Owner offered to take some of family into Seeboden and pick up later when they had no car which was very kind.

Our holiday was super good in Seeboden at Haus Christina. Mary and Roman were really fantastic and kind hosts! The apartment was full equipped and super clean. This location is great to start to explore this beautiful region of Karinthia. We absolutely reccomend Haus Christina! 😊

We stayed one night in this hotel while we were on our way to holiday. It is maybe more a destination location then transit. The view was stunning from our room. We arrived late and the staff was really nice to prepare food for us for dinner.
