At first, we booked a room without a view by chance, but we were lucky and we upgraded the hotel and looked at the koala. The rooms are very neat, the territory is very beautiful. And the hotel also has amazingly delicious breakfasts with a gorgeous view of the city.

Everything was great.The room was a good size with a functional kitchenette and a rainhead shower which was a nice touch. Free laundry service also came in handy. Just steps away from the Victoria Cross Metro station which made commuting to/from the airport and downtown Sydney very easy. The front desk staff were also very helpful providing directions to local attractions.

Seen a few reviews say it’s a bad place to stay, it’s not worth money. But I had a lovely stay here, yes it is all online and there’s no reception but there’s a number to call if you do need help and there’s 24/7 surveillance for safety! I love the fact there’s cameras that operate, there’s codes to get in and it’s in a nice location not too far from shops and not too far from the city!

Bistro Dining is great and bar area great too. The best place to stay if you are going to a show at The Capitol Theatre or Darling Harbour ICCC Theatre.
