A pleasant surprise, just 5-10 minutes on foot from the view of the falls but at the same time far enough to not hear the noise of the amusement park in the city center (the center of Niagara Falls was, in fact, an unpleasant surprise…). The location is therefore excellent, and the room is very spacious, with the possibility to cook and eat in the room. The structure has recently open and the price (August 2024) was very competitive compared to other hotels

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the homemade pancakes for breakfast are even better than that of a 5-star hotel. There are some hotels that just add so much to the travel experience - this is one of those, and completely unexpected. There's a really great vibe and colonial decor (while still being modern and very clean), making it look super interesting. It's the little things that really stood out for us: amazing breakfast with homemade pastries (as good as in France), a beautiful dining room, soft thick towels making it feel luxurious, great quality shower with waterfall head, nice quality bedding. The location was great too - 15min walk to White Water hike attraction and 15min walk to the boat/zipline attraction. 30min to the main welcome centre with the closest views of Niagara. We loved every aspect of the stay and will be recommending this place to all of our friends.

Everything was spotless, even in the corners and all up the stairs. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. All 3 rooms were occupied by family members so we had the place to ourselves. Just a very nice place to stay if you are in the Falls. It was $11.50 for 4 of us to grab an Uber to the ferris wheel / go karts on Clifton hill. Cheaper than parking. Owners were very attentive through email and kept us informed. Much appreciated. Nice large kitchen which is packed with all the dishes and appliances you would ever need !
