Great location just outside od the entrance to TdP in the beautiful valley of Serrano river and with amazing views of TdP (important thing is the roads are bumpy and full of potholes so be carefull if driving). Heated pool was perfect after long day of hiking. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through South America. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable, everything was super clean. Staff were polite.

This place is magical! The location feels remote, far away from the world. The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!

The staff was outstanding at the reception and the restaurant Facilities were great very clean A member of our group had disabilities and the staff made sure that our tents were close to bathrooms The bedding was very comfortable and we felt warm in our beds Finally the restaurant served very good food with a large choice

The room was very nice. Spacious and spotless clean. The girl at the reception was very friendly. She did not speak English, yet we managed to communicate and to understand each other. Perfect example of 'when there is a will, there is a way'. She really helped us a lot with all our enquiries. Made sure our stay was comfortable. She prepared twice a takeaway breakfast, as we were going to leave early. The location is about 45min drive from the park, but the road was newly paved and easy to drive. We never had dinner here, but there is a town about 10min drive away with restaurants. Can definitely recommend staying here during your visit around Torres Del Paine park. Showers had hot water, and Wi-Fi was working fine, so this place is a great example of reading guests' comments and working on criticism. We were verh happy to see this!

Loved the views en simplicity of the place. Lovely public first floor with shared kitchen and cosy wooden fireplace. Bring your own food and cook your own meal. In the morning a rich breakfast. From the Rifugio you have hikes within a half hour drive ( Grey Lake and the glacier (Boat to the gkacier was fantastic). Hike to Cuernos de Paine id must anf aldo hal hour drive. For the most scenic hike to Bas de Torres you will leave early because 1.5 hours drive to starting point. But worthwile and very demanding! Took us about 7 hours with 2 brakes.
