I liked the staff support. We needed to store medication and staff was very supportive. Also we needed to extend the room and yet needed to move out of the floor due to scheduled maintenance. Sunaina duty manager was very helpful.

Amazing brand new structure with a lovely and dedicated staff. The room was just amazingly furnished with lots of small things that just improve your staying, the restaurant is quite diverse with lots of option either for the buffet or the à la carte menu and the food is just delicious. The staff is very dedicated and attentive towards the client, overall I have to say that it has been hands down my best staying in Mumbai so far, and I'm there at least twice a year so I've seen all sorts of things; but I'm pretty sure I found my place.

Great small modern hotel short distance from the airport. Considerate and helpful staff even arranged an early checkout breakfast for me as I had an early morning flight. Hotel has its own SUV and driver with free collection from the airport and small charge for drop off in the morning!

Hotel Arts is a perfect place to stay in Mumbai near by airport. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. staff was very helpfull ,No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good.

Friendly, polite,, helpful and honest staff. Decent price. Best location for shopping. They got food for us from a nearby restaurant. Let us stay for an extra hour after check out.

Amazing hostel, surely the best place to stay in Mumbai. Brand new with beautiful common area, and it gets all the important things right: comfortable beds with privacy curtains, good shower, enough bathrooms etc. But the best thing was the fantastic social vibe! A lovely welcome by the owner Priya and within minutes of arriving I met a bunch of great people. The balcony on the backside of the hostel is absolutely perfect for just hanging out and socialising during the warm Mumbai evenings.

Amazing location, there's a wonderful market right outside where you can get fruit veg, clothes and anything else you might need. The staff is super lovely and always eager to help. The rooms have a good temperature and the dormitory layout is smart. My fav cheap place to stay in Mumbai!

one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The hostel opened recently, and this is a big plus, the guys are really passionate about what they do. They will always help you as much as possible. here I met many friends. and it is important that the rooms have well-functioning air conditioners.
