Places to Stay in Kakkabe

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. I would also like to spotlight chef Mr.

Absolute delight to have travelled here. Had our last minute plans changed and this was the place we booked. The Plantations around and the local food with hospitality will make everything worth it. Would strongly recommend...!!

the aesthetics... cleanliness..... hospitality.... personal attention by Trishul (owner of the place). It is exactly the same as looks in pic. entire Bungalow was available to us, with fully operational kitchen, dining area, properly placed crockeries. superb morning....fog all around in the coffee farm. noone around but still you feel safe . We were served coffee and a delicious breakfast right on time.

Excellent people running the home stay. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. The food was amazing. Overall, it was a very pleasant and joyful experience, never to forget 💖

I liked the view of hillside from my room, It was very comfortable stay. And i liked the terrace area very much.

I have stayed in various hotels and resorts including Taj, Radisson, swissotel, intercontinental to name a few. But Coorg wilderness resort outshines all of it. The word excellent is insufficient to describe the resort. The best highlights are the location, food including dinner and breakfast. Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. I have to agree Paul John resorts have maintained excellent quality in all aspects.

One of the best room ever stayed host was very helpful and friendly room location was awesome if you are going to coorg with family or friends kindly consider this stay and you can book brake fast lunch dinner also food rate was very low but the taste is really good again am planning to visit coorg with my family definitely i will book this room.
