The room was perfect size, very clean & quiet. I had a lovely view across the river to Cherry trees in bloom on my arrival. I enjoyed the breakfast & the laundry facilities. The area surrounding the hotel was interesting with restaurants & outdoor seating in the plaza area. There is a Florist on the ground floor of the hotel that I used & was very pleased with the order. I enjoyed my stay very much & would stay again & recommend it to others.

Excellent location in front of Okazaki Station. I also really liked the Japanese breakfast, and the coffee from the coffee machine deserves a special mention! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location near the railwaystation. Friendly and helpful staff. very clean. Excellent choice for travellers who just sleep in the room. Ability to cook water and a fridge in the room and also a microwave in the corridoor. Free amenities. Just perfect.

Location, amenities. Good and helpful reception staff. Bags already in room at check in time after we had lunch and 2 rooms next to each other as requested.. Nice amenities, matcha tea and coffee, beauty packs in lobby convenient.
