Colonial villa perfectly renovated, the atmosphere , interiors and customer care are truly remarkable, nothing to envy to other hotels that may be more expensive and central. This place was meticolously crafted around the ideal stay in Galle, staff was extremely attentive to every need, absolutely discreet,all day dining, we felt so comfortable our 3 year old was going around the place as if we lived there. We genuinely loved it and invited friends to visit for a coffee just to recommend the place.

My family and I stayed here for two nights and had an excellent stay. The manager and staff very friendly people, especially Keethan. The traditional homecooked Sri Lankan breakfast and western breakfast were both phenomenal and the rooms and the pool were very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a good and serene area. This villa made our stay at Galle the best experience.

Beautiful hotel interior. All staff are very friendly and always smiling. It was nice that there was beach access. The attentiveness of the staff is what really made it stand out like contacting us before we arrived to ensure we were all set and they helped organise our activities. Breakfast wasn't included but there are so many eateries within a few minutes walk away. The location couldn't have been better within Galle Fort. It was a very gracious & stylish villa to stay in. The room & bathroom are huge with clean, fluffy white towels provided daily. The manager, Mr Azwaan, and his assistant, Ashan, made us feel like honoured guests. They made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

This was a very comfortable and excellently located hotel. The outstanding element to our stay were the hotel staff led by Hirudima. They were delightful and Hirudima went out of his way to be helpful and friendly. He even organised a courier to deliver a bag we left behind to our next location. The hotel staff made our stay in Galle a real pleasure and were among the very best we have encountered throughout our many hotel stays in Sri Lanka.

This is a small hotel with three rooms. The staff here takes good care of the guests. Don't expect a fully functional reception desk. It is more like an upscale homestay. Having said that, i must add that this bungalow has been lovingly restored, it is aesthetically pleasing and there is a touch of personalised care in everything. Best place to stay inside the galle fort.

This place is amazing, exactly what I wanted in the best location. I loved it here. AC was good wifi was good. The host was such a nice person, that speaks perfect English. Despite having staffing issues and working full time as a teacher he went out of his way to ensure my stay was perfect, and specially made me a delicious breakfast to suit my dietary needs. I wish I had more time to stay here longer and 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Arches Fort is a nice and warm place to stay in Galle. The hosts are very helpful and have maintained this heritage place top class. The Welcome Drink and Breakfast is also very delicious. We had a wonderful time right in the centre of the Dutch town with everything at walkable distance. It is probably the best place to stay at reasonable prices in Galle.

The host is amazing person and so do their family , they helped us with the transportation suggestions and the best places to visit, also the shops to buy souvenirs. It is a homely stay and the best location inside the Dutch fort of galle. Just around 1km from the railway station and 300 metres from the beach/sunset point. The common balcony has beautiful vibe to chill. There are three beds and spacious for 3-4 people. Highly Recommended lighthouse guest stay.

Kodi was incredibly kind and hospitable. The breakfasts were delicious, with lots of interesting insights into local dishes and culture. He took us to the station early morning on his car which was very much appreciated! The house is amazing - a real historical gem full of authentic features and antiques. The location is perfect - on a quiet side street round the corner from many restaurants and the fort wall overlooking the sea. It was a fantastic place to stay!

Incredibly friendly staff. Very welcoming providing us with a juice when we arrived. A great location just a short 20 minuite walk to the fort or the main road. Very quiet at night allowed for an amazing sleep. Breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka I would highly recommend. Overall a great place to stay with brilliant hosts!
