This property is pound for pound the best value property I have ever stayed in. First of all, the 2 gents that work here are extremely helpful and polite and they went out of their way to ensure my stay here has been perfect - I had originally booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 and this is because of their hospitality. The view from the lake view room is beautiful overlooking the pool. The room is spacious, clean and has a fan and ac along with a kettle and towels. The swimming pool is warm and clean and just chilling at the deep end overlooking the lake was blissful in itself. The garden is also maintained to a very high standard. Because of the location there is minimal noise from the outside world and it was a great place to stay and relax after travelling around the Island.

The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments.
