Kind reception, interest in the guest, offer of refreshments upon arrival. Quiet, clean, tasteful room. Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent and rich breakfast. A good starting point for the south-eastern part of the island and the national parks. I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Hospitality at its best. Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip in Mauritius. We concluded after the tour of the island that thw beaches 10min walk from here were the best ones of the island as there waa no one there, just empty paradise. Véronique and Frédéric create a home-like feeling, everything is just super comfortable and cozy. Delicious brekkie every morning. We also dined here every night and it was so good local food. Buses run right next to the place. The waterfalls are 15min walk away. Lovely pool!

Everything at this property appears to be new and unused. The owners live above which is handy for access and advice on the area/island. 100% genuine people. I felt privileged to stay. St. Felix beach is an easy 30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. Book your stay here with confidence.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with large bed, en-suite bathroom and a very fair price for solo travelers. Rooftop terrasse with an almost 360degrees view including ocean and mountains. Everything is very clean and you get every answer you need. Even a doctor coming home will be arranged for you if necessary, not to mention all the love to get well again as soon as possible. :) 5min walk to the big supermarket, 5-10min walk to Gris Gris beach. Thank you so much Jacquie for your love, the help and your hospitality! It was a pleasure. <3

Tamassa Resort was exactly what we were looking for. We loved our stay! Our room had a beautiful view overlooking one of the pools with the ocean beyond. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and appreciated the variety in the dinner buffet. We tried à la carte once on lobster night, and it was definitely worth the 4000 MUR (plus a 20% discount). The beach area was stunning—possibly the best we’ve experienced. It’s surrounded by a coral reef that breaks the waves before they reach the shore, making the water perfect for snorkeling, paddle boating, kayaking, and more. We chose the half-board package, which was the right decision for us. We also rented a car through the hotel (via their partner) for a couple of days. The process was easy, and the rental was very affordable. All in all, 5/5!

The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. It has a large common terrace. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a device for hot and cold water. It has very good air conditioning. Near the accommodation there is a shop and a beach. There were no problems with parking. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. If we needed anything, he was responsive on whatsapp.
