So calm, beautiful area at rhe foot of the mountain and just in the village (there are 3 cafes and 2 v little shops for some basic bits). We did the wetlands cruise with John at the jetty in town and it was a must! 15.min walk or the staff will drive you. Also got a lift to damai beach where there are some more food places and shops and the cultural centre $20 entrance for that. Pool is great. You can borrow bikes to explore the area. Note the sea in this area is not for swimming as mangroves/crocs! Can go down the road to Damai easily enough...

Absolutely amazing area! Beautiful place on the coast in the rainforest. You can see monkeys just from the balcony. Great natural pool, 2 beach sides, hiking area. The tree house was clean and comfortable. We had extra bed as we travelled with kids. We had a wonderful time there! Would love to come back again.

Definitely exceeded our expectation. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Complete with amenities such as cordless vacuum that makes cleaning easier. The ambiance was perfect. Outstanding service from the owner. Very attentive and helpful, making my experience exceptional. Worth every penny spent. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I look forward to coming back. Perfect location for those who attended the Songwak Water Music Festival.

The location of the resort is amazing and we stayed up near the cliff top pool, which was very beautiful and perfect location for the kids. The view was incredible. The breakfast laksa was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

The location of the property is wonderful; we get a lovely hidden cove of private beach surrounded by serene hills. The pool is also very well positioned and very nice and big. But unfortunately, it felt like it had not been cleaned regularly and properly.

The rainforest and beach location is quite nice if you want to get out of the city and spend some time in nature. I enjoyed listening to the waves and seeing the monkeys. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The privacy and serenity. It was hidden from view so when we first drove to the location, we were a bit confused as you really can't see it at all from outside the gate. But it was amazing! Staff were great too

Beautiful location in the jungle. Very good breakfast, water, coffee and tea available. Great terrace to relax with a view of the proboscis monkeys (if you're lucky). The hosts were very nice and helpful.

The location is great, there are two nice jungle trails that can be accessed from the resort. The resort has a nice beach. The cultural museum is within 5min walking distance and is a great and interesting place to spend some time. We could see proboscis monkeys from our cabin! The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Just to be aware off, the resort is halal only.

Very beautiful location, charming building with lovely facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and were extremely comfortable, and the hosts were kind, helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere is very welcoming and we would definitely stay again!

The location is having stunning sea view. Staffs very welcoming. Having limited number of rooms and villas which making the environment serene much. Not much noise. The room design is quite unique.

- Super nice location - Great pool - Friendly staff & in general very relaxed vibe - International visitors (European, Chinese, Malayan, etc.) - Because it‘s so small it felt like home (last night a huge group of German tourists came in a bus - that didn‘t fit to the overall atmosphere!!) - Very good & flexible restaurant (not overpriced), for Dinner as well as for Breakfast - Great tours (Satang!, Bako, Orang Utans) We had a wonderful time & will always recommend! Just don‘t do huge travel buses! Thank you!

Very welcoming host who is happy to help you and take you to and pick you up from different locations (for example Damai beach). The property has a great view over some lush jungle and if you are lucky you can even spot the proboscis monkey from the garden! The rooms are cute, AC works fine and the beds are comfortable and clean. Beautiful sunset vibes with the sea in the distance as the homestay faces west. Our best stay in Borneo!
