Myself and a friend have just returned from Amsterdam spending the night at this hotel. From the minute we arrived till we departed today we received first class treatment. The man at reception who also served drinks was a credit to his employer, he was polite, professional and had a good sense of humor, but unfortunately i never got his name. The rooms were very nice with a large comfortable bed.I also charged my EV from almost empty to full using the hotel chargers for just €12.50. The tram to Amsterdam was so easy. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Our first time to Amsterdam, and we were not disappointed! Our studio was excellent, it had everything we required, amazing bathroom, comfy beds and a great wee kitchenette. Location was so lovely and quiet, only 10 mins walk from the Albert Heijn supermarket ( which is superb!) and great tram links to and from the city centre. And very close to the train station to Schiphol Airport took under 20 mins to get to. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, we would recommend staying here and would really consider coming back.

Very peaceful location, couldn’t hear anything when in room, the beds were so comfortable and room was immaculate. Great staff, 24 hour small shop and terrace bar Lucia’s was lovely. The room had everything and more - compared to prices of city centre hotels, id take this again 100% ! Short tram ride to centre.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely, the room has everything you need for a city break stay and the location was ideal for a quick journey into the city centre. Why pay over the odds for worst accommodation in the city centre when you get better value for money at places like Cityden Zuidas?

The location is very nice. There is a tram stop nearby, it takes around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. The room was small but comfortable. There is a self-service store in the lobby, working around the clock.

Breakfast is good. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Short ride to the city centre. The location felt safe and was very calm. They have a little shop, where you can buy food and drinks, in the reception area.

Location and easy access to city center and for exiting the city. Good facilities. Parking on the street (right in front of the hotel) is free from 6pm to 9 pm and you can stay op to 2 hours of paid parking (cost 0,5€ for 2h). We paid thru Gaiyo app easily.

We really liked the hotel, very clean, and the room was comfortable. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the location was convenient due to its proximity to a metro/tram station. The exceptional service made a notable difference – every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

Great location although relatively far from city center but easy access to tram transportation which takes you to the center in 25min. Very modern and spacious room for a family of 4 with good amenities. The area around the hotel is very quite but full of shopping and eating outlets within a large shopping mall that is 10 min walk away.

Nice quiet location, easy walking distance to a selection of bars and restaurants. Good bus route to city centre, but only for bus firms where tickets can be bought on an app... they don't take the GVB tickets that can be bought in the city centre.

had a nice room perfect for two of us. clean and tv worked also. location is great. 25ish mins to get into city centre and tram stop is a min away from the hotel which is very helpful!
