Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place.

Nice Location, very near to the beach. Extra mattress are in large quantity. Crockery is excellent. Swimming pool is good for kids & Audults. This villa is very nicely built. Overall very good experience. Weather was really better than other parts of Oman.

Everything we needed was available at the facility. If we needed something else Mr. Noor took care of it. Close proximity to main market made it very easy for us to go get some groceries. Beautiful view from the house.

The view from balcony is amazing ,room and bathroom was huge for a couple ,Breakfast was much good , Staff friendly 🤍 Overall the experience was amazing and everyone was welcoming and nice
