The owner, Bret & his helping hand Jason are very kind people who gave us good recommendations and helped us through our whole stay. Beautiful quiet spot surrounded by mountains. The pool was wonderful too, with natural hot sping water in it. There is a beautiful terrace outside to enjoy. We had a nice welcome from Alex and he was available to answer our questions and advice us. Alex has special skills to release knocks on your back so do not hesitate to take a treatment with him. This is something unique in the world.

Absolutely everything. Attention to details here is amaizing. Staff is amaizing (Cesar thank you so much you made it even more amaizing). Everything is super clean, pool was cool, garden is so peacefull and omg the food was so much more than what we would have expected. We ended up having dinner 2 nights there on top of the breakfast and would come back anytime for the food :) Definitely recomend this place to everyone and we would definitely come back.

A huge plus point is the location, just a short walk from the greatest concentration of facilities along the El Valle main road. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff are charming. In particular, I had quite a lot of dealings with Oriel and he was extremely friendly and helpful, at one point spending a couple of hours fixing a problem I had accidentally created. I want to spend a bit more time in El Valle so I will be definitiely be going back to stay here again.

- breakfast was really nice and filling - good location for the India dormida hike - really friendly staff - hammocks to chill after hiking - kitchen to use (was equipped ok, everything necessary was there but no extra spices etc)
