We were lucky to get a last minute booking here and we couldn’t fault our one night stay. From our arrival at the reception, the porter Sunshine’s friendly helpful service taking us to our beautiful accommodation, the plentiful supply of logs for the fire in our room, wonderful bath and toiletries and the delicious food both at dinner and breakfast the next day. The coffee at breakfast was the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a long time. The only disappointment was that due to load shedding we couldn’t use the spa facilities during our afternoon but I had a wonderful time using the pool , sauna etc the next day before walking back through the beautiful gardens before sadly having to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A premier apartment in this block with pretty views over the school sports field, bowling green plus distant waterfront and water glimpses. The balcony has sun for most of the day and the sunset is beautiful to watch. So we enjoyed this immensely (in November, so not too hot). The apartment is exactly as the pictures, compact but with excellent use of space. The couch bed was useful for whichever one of us was snoring badly! And the foot stools great for putting your feet up, relaxing and watching TV. Secure parking was very welcome and the location is ideal, a short walk into town and the waterfront.

It is a very nice place to stay in Knysna! The hosts are gentle and made me confortable. They reported everything I need about what to do around. The all place is good and the room was perfect. The location allowed me to be near to Supermarket, restaurants and bars, beside the attractions. There's a honest bar inside the Manor House, something I enjoyed very much!

Beautiful guest house in good location in Knysna. The hosts, Richard and Mandy, are so friendly and helpful. Felt like being at home. Comfortable, clean rooms. No generator for electricity in rooms, but load shedding didn't bother us. Terrific breakfast in cute dining room. Plenty of parking in gated lot. Could walk to downtown area.
