The garden was beautiful and peaceful, and had everything from cozy nooks to relax to a hot tub and a sauna, and two swimming ponds. We had BBQ in the garden under wild grapes. It was so relaxing. And thank you for the owners to help us with starting the grill!

It is situated 46 km from Innsbruck Central Station and provides private check-in and check-out. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I can recommend Haus Kirchmaier as an excellent place and very friendly hosts. Top notch.

Located right next to the Karwendel Cable Car, cross-country ski runs, and hiking and biking trails, Alphaus Aparthotel is 150 metres from the Pertisau Ski Area and an 8-minute walk from Lake Achensee. It offers free WiFi and a wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and gym. Very spacious room with huge living room and very cozy vibes. Mountain view from the balcony is stunning. We were here in October, but now we want to return during the ski season!

Overlooking the pristine Alpine lake Achensee, the Bergland Hotel offers immediate access to 3 free ski lifts to the Pertisau Ski Resort. In summer, popular outdoor activities include paragliding or water sports on the lake, 5 minutes away on foot. Everything. Perfect location. Good food . Lovely staff.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The owners were very kind, welcoming, and paid attention to every detail. Everything was beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The apartments were well-equipped and of high quality. A big plus was the elevator, providing easy access to the upper floors, making the place fully accessible. The common room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. I only have two small remarks: the breakfast was quite overpriced, and the bathroom door was partially see-through, which was a bit unusual 😄. Despite these minor things, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to everyone. A fantastic experience!

Surrounded by the Karwendel Mountains, Hotel Enzian is located in Pertisau’s village centre, a 10-minute walk from Lake Achen. It offers a bar with a summer terrace and a restaurant serving Austrian specialities prepared from fresh herbs and local ingredients. Wonderful place to stay - excellent room, clean and very spacious with lovely staff! Would absolutely return again.

Situated a 4-minute walk from the ski lifts at Pertisau, Marxenhof offers comfortable and bright rooms in a typical Tyrolean house. It offers different types of sauna and mountain views. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Property, location, and cleanliness were all excellent! It was close to many attractions. The nearest supermarket was the 'Dorfladen', where you can get all your essentials from this local store.

Only 150 metres away from the Rofan Cable Car and a ski school, Appartements Rofan features a spa area. Free WiFi as well as free parking are available on site.

All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area, a bathroom and a balcony with lake and mountain views. Bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. It's a great place for winter sports, and we especially appreciated the ski room with the option to dry our ski boots. Having one more pot in the kitchen might make cooking easier, but it's not a problem we can't work around.
