The chef Elia is the son and he gave us a complete MasterChef Experience! It was the best and most criative meal we ever had. He only uses local em natural ingredients, so the Menu is seasonal, witch makes ever more reasons to come back in different times. It was really amazing, incredibly!!! After dinner we had some drinks on the bar attached to the restaurant and had a chance to talk a little bit with Elia and changed some culinary tips. We gave him some Brasilien sweets to taste and he showed us some of his amazing ingredients.

I loved the shared kitchen and dining room idea. We had take out one evening and shared the space with friends making their own dinner and it was so nice to feel community. If you don’t go shopping, there are plenty of items you can purchase there if you would like to make a meal and special containers in the fridge with the room numbers written so you could have your space. We were right next to the train station but don’t let that deter you! We were never awoken by the train and it was so convenient having it right there. Lovely time on our ski holiday and staff was superb.

The visitor cards were a nice surprise with many options for use. The area is beautiful and we wished we could have explored/enjoyed it for a few more days.
