All was fantastic. Our hosts Tom and Olivier were so kind and their hospitality with us was very excepcional. We would like to thank them!

For anyone passing thru Toronto airport and you need a room, then this is a very nice place to go to. I used Bus# 76 and dropped me 50 meters from the house. Very beautiful neighborhood as well.

Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip. Staff were absolutely fantastic and really put the stay over the top. Shaila and Maria upgraded our room and then later in the evening, Zayn was able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that was full online. Overall super nice hotel, and fantastic staff with a great Rooftop bar and view. Room service breakfast was delivered faster than expected, too.

Each room has both a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. I loved the facility. It was beyond what I expected. I also like how close it was to everything.

A key location, the hotel is in close proximity to the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and iconic city highlights like CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, The Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, Hockey Hall of Fame, The Princess of Wales Theatre and Roy Thompson Hall (the official venue host for Toronto International Film Festival - TIFF). I never leave reviews but Ritz Carlton truly deserves this. Fantastic rooms with fantastic service. I wish I could just live there.
