Host easily reacheable, and very informative. Rooms are good size for two adults, including desks, and extra sitting chairs. Great location in walking distance to downtown Water Street and lots of restaurants and entertainment. Streeet parking at this location is assured by the host with parking permits - this is a huge benefit.

The property has inner courtyard views. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Great location for when you're visiting L'Anse aux Meadows. The room was cozy, but had 2 chairs, which is really important to us as readers. Also a fan, to run at night. Breakfast was served at a big table in the gathering area that had lots of comfy seating and great views. (Nice fluffy pancakes!) We slept very well. A very nice stay!

They were so friendly with our dogs and gave them treats! Before we arrived, the staff prepared dog treats, dog bowls, and dog beds for us in the room! The room is so clean and tidy, the location is wonderful and convenient and the view is perfect from the room. We can't wait back to this hotel next year!!!

All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea kettle and dishwasher along with dishes and some extra little treats. They welcomed us to feel at home and we were able to heat up some soup for our supper to eat right there. There is also a large sitting room for guests to use. Breakfast was excellent. We could choose between a Continental style breakfast or a full hot breakfast, all included. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Johnson Geo Centre is 1.4 km away and St. John's Convention Centre is 1.4 km from the guest house. My stay at Rendell Shea Manor was truly one of the best. The staff were very cooperative, warm, and welcoming. The historical building is beautifully preserved and well maintained, which added so much charm to the experience. Everything was comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting NL.
