The property is spacious and characterful with many quirky and arty features together with many interesting books and information about the area . The property is well kitted out for home cooking with basic food supplies and equipment and extras like fondue set , bbq with wood etc . We were with our 2 grandchildren aged 7 and 9 who delighted in playing in the spacious fields , collecting eggs from the owners farm and visiting the sheep , horses and other animals . They were able to visit the hay loft and were able to use footballs , badminton racquets etc . The property is well connected by bus and train to Zürich city and is 5 minutes away from a fantastic swimming lake called Turlersee with paddleboarding , playground and family restaurant . The nearby Wildnispark is also brilliant for families with many animals in a beautiful natural setting . The owners are kind and thoughtful and considerate of children and did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable . We were here for the Women’s football Euros and all its frenetic activity and the farmhouse provided a peaceful haven between games. Wine was left by the owners to purchase at a very reasonable price.

Public Parking is just a 100 m away. Nice, big, clean, well-equipped apartment. We are a family of 4 ( 2 boys) and I really loved that the apartment has just the most important and needed equipments and not too "decorated" and filled with loads of objects. It really helped us with the two children, wha are always too curious to move and play with the objects and items around. Everything was as described, the access was easy and well-communicated.

The view and surrounding area were simply stunning. There was nothing not to like about this place. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Overlooking Lake Zürich, the Seedamm Plaza enjoys a unique location on the shores opposite of the historic city of Rapperswil. We love the place, so clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too many choices—beautiful view of the Zurich lake. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only thing we don't like is that we need to leave early to go to another place. I would love to stay more and relax. Highly recommended!

Overlooking Lake Zurich, this historic hotel in Meilen is only a 15-minute drive from Zurich. The Hirschen am See Hotel offers a restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine. The bed was incredible! Comfy and big (we were in Room 25). Breakfast was of high quality and small in the selection, the French music playing in the background transported us to Paris. MARIO helped us to print out some papers, the rest of the staff we interacted with very pleasant! (expect for a person from the cleaning team that entered our room at 12:00 after knocking 1 time on the door).
