Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!

Beautiful comfortable apartment, was very well stocked, it had everything our family needed, perfect location, great views. The owners Elisabeth and Felix were wonderful, very attentive and accommodating, they gave us lots of information about Emmetten and the area.

First of all, it is better than shown in the picture. Really spacious flat with all the required amenities. Lot of games to play, restaurant downstairs, grocery shop just 2 minutes away, lovely views and not too far from all the places you would visit in Switzerland. Max an hour and a half drive to all the attractions and hikes.

We had perfect stay. Marco was the perfect host and apartmant was absolutely wonderful! We had everything we needed. Beds were extra comfortable, kitchen was fully equiped, hot tub was 🤩. Ob Vierwaldstättersee está en Emmetten, a solo 27 km de Estación de tren de Lucerna, y dispone de alojamiento frente a la playa con restaurante, instalaciones para deportes acuáticos, pista de tenis y... Our family of 4 (2 adults, 12 yr old and 10 yr old) had a wonderful time here in Emmetten. The balcony is huge, the underground parking was very handy, the shower pressure is great and the views around the area are spectacular. Thanks for having us Rene!
